Paneer Roll

Made from Amrit Foods Superfine Special Atta



  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • ¼ cup onion chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger- garlic paste
  • ¼ cup green capsicum
  • chopped
  • ¼ cup carrot chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup paneer grated
  • 1 tbsp coriander chopped
  • Roti made from Amrit Foods Superfine Special Atta


  • Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.

  • Fry the saunf and cumin seeds for 30 seconds.

  • Add the onions and green chillies.

  • Saute for a minute or until onions turn light golden.

  • Add the capsicums and carrots in it, and saute for another minute.

  • Add the tomatoes and cook for one more minute.

  • Then add red chilli powder, curry powder and salt.

  • Add the grated paneer, cucumber and garam masala.

  • Cook for a minute or two on low-medium flame.

  • Garnish with coriander.

  • Take the roti made from Atta, stuff and make a tight wrap/roll.

  • Serve it along with a dip.
