Made from Amrit Foods Superfine Special Atta
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 green chilli chopped
- ¼ cup onion chopped
- 1 tsp ginger- garlic paste
- ¼ cup green capsicum
- ¼ cup carrot chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato chopped
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup paneer grated
- 1 tbsp coriander chopped
- Roti made from Amrit Foods Superfine Special Atta
Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
Fry the saunf and cumin seeds for 30 seconds.
Add the onions and green chillies.
Saute for a minute or until onions turn light golden.
Add the capsicums and carrots in it, and saute for another minute.
Add the tomatoes and cook for one more minute.
Then add red chilli powder, curry powder and salt.
Add the grated paneer, cucumber and garam masala.
Cook for a minute or two on low-medium flame.
Garnish with coriander.
Take the roti made from Atta, stuff and make a tight wrap/roll.
Serve it along with a dip.
